These programs are suitable for children, families, and individuals. The main office is located at the Branson RecPlex on 1501 Branson Hills Parkway. The activities cover 16 city parks, wilderness areas, and hiking trails, which in total span over 460 acres and nearly 20 miles of trails. Admission is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Instead of paying, we kindly request that each person brings a nonperishable food item as a donation.Come and join us for a rock and roll night swim at the Branson AquaPlex. After sunset, groove along to live music and games with the DJ duo Prince Ivan. This event takes place after the regular pool hours, from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, and is available at a discounted price of $5 per person. Whether you prefer indoor pickleball or outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, or playing ball, our park system offers a wide range of options. Additionally, there are serene and tranquil picnic areas available for those seeking a peaceful atmosphere. Shook believes that by encouraging residents to make use of these facilities and spaces, we are actively promoting good community health.Sensory Swim is a special event held at the Branson AquaPlex, specifically designed for individuals with Sensory Processing Disorders and differing abilities. During this event, we aim to provide a quiet and calming environment for participants to enjoy the AquaPlex. To create this atmosphere, the music and fountain features will be turned off, and water slides will only be available during the last hour of the event. Additionally, the lap lanes will be closed to further enhance the peaceful setting. Participation in the event is free, but preregistration is required.
