Silver Dollar City

Like Rollercoasters?  Then Silver Dollar City is what you’re looking for.  This is a huge amusement park with a twist. Boasting over 100 craftsmen demonstrating their art and in the fall the city has a part dedicated to Christmas and Christmas lights.  There is really something for everyone at the Silver Dollar City. Watch demonstration craftsmen glass blow, carve wood, bake and make pottery and so much more. Ride over 40 bone chilling rides for the thrill seekers in the group.  Or attend a show of various types and kinds, all family friendly and awaiting you to choose from Comedy acts to Church services and all in between.

This attraction is over 55 years old and is internationally awarded.  It carries an 1880’s theme throughout the park with so much to see and do.  World Class Festivals, Rides, and entertainment all around you.

Do you like Christmas lights?  Well, you’re in luck. Around Nov. they start celebrating Christmas time on the Main Street which is lit up with all kinds of lights.  This wouldn’t be complete without a 5 story Christmas tree that is decked out in lights and special effects. And, of course, a Christmas Parade complete with thousands of lights, animated critters it is a one of a kind experience.
